Founded in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Celisa began as a family-owned business dedicated to managing rental units and entire residential buildings. Over the years, the company developed a strong foundation in overseeing residential communities of varying scales.
In 2021, Celisa USA was established in Fort Wayne, Indiana, through the collaboration of experienced real estate investors committed to making a meaningful impact in the local market. Today, Celisa brings decades of global property management experience to the Midwest, offering personalized support to both property owners and residents.
Meet our Team
Eric is an experienced investor himself and recently joined our company as President of Celisa. He has many years of experience in re-vitalizing companies and creating a “customer first” culture to improve communication to both our owners and tenants. He brings with him many skill sets to help us stand apart from our competition and promote growth and sustainability in our company through improved processes and procedures.
Jorge is our Founder and CEO, an established international executive who founded Celisa in 1984 as a family-owned business in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His extensive experience in corporate operations, real estate management, and insurance brokerage, led him to the US in 1993 where he oversaw international business expansions and became a successful real estate investor with private equity investment funds. Since 2012, Jorge has directed his attention to Fort Wayne, IN, where he founded Celisa US as an essential service to all business activities generated in the region.
Estrella is the Assistant Property Manager and responsible for all Tenant Relations. Local to Fort Wayne, IN, she is responsible for finding qualified applicants, performing periodic property inspections, and assisting residents with their individual needs. Estrella is here to be the voice of our resident community.
Sandy is our Finance Director with over 25 years of industry experience. She oversees all financial matters including accurate and prompt payments to owners and vendors, payroll, monthly reporting results, and reconciliation of all accounts.
Patricia has been in property management for over 25 years, and brings high quality customer service and excellent people skills to Celisa. She assists with every aspect of the daily management from tenants to owners. It is our pleasure to have her on the team as our Office Coordinator.
